Access to special modules

As part of our support agreements, you now gain access to various specially developed modules, all designed to enhance your Zabbix experience. Examples of these modules include:

  • Agent Installer: A user-friendly template that simplifies the process of copying and pasting installation scripts for Zabbix agents.
  • AI Incident Insight: Integration with Chrome’s mini-AI model that helps analyze and understand issues in Zabbix.
  • Network Topology: Automatically generated network maps based on LLDP, providing an overview of your network equipment and connections.
  • SNMP Tester: Option to perform SNMP queries directly from the Zabbix frontend.
  • Rightsizing: Helps analyze whether a virtual machine has too many or too few resources allocated.

  • Widgets: Additional widgets that help create better sorting options, more filters, and provide simple host status more efficiently than Zabbix’s standard features.

  • Support from 8:30-16:30
  • Includes 4 annual status meetings

Extras with CapMon Support

  • Includes a half-day on-site visit
  • Access to special modules
  • Support for the Zabbix database (PostgreSQL)

Zabbix Platinum

Standard support:

  • Everything from the Gold package
  • 24/7 support
  • Includes 6 annual status meetings
  • 90-minute response time for system downtime

Extras with CapMon Support:

  • Includes a 1-day on-site visit
  • Access to special modules
  • Support for the Zabbix database (PostgreSQL)

Zabbix Enterprise

Standard support:

  • Everything from the Platinum package
  • 2 annual upgrades at no additional cost
  • Unlimited support for Zabbix servers and proxy servers
  • Annual user training (up to 50 participants)
  • Annual specialist training (up to 10 participants)
