Based in Herlev, we provide fast on-site support and have over 20 years of experience in troubleshooting and support, available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Our team’s deep expertise in monitoring, logging, and data visualization enables us to deliver exceptional service and insights.

We offer round-the-clock support via phone and email, 365 days a year. In case of system downtime, our certified team delivers 3rd-level support with rapid response times, and we can also assist on-site when needed.

With a CapMon support and maintenance agreement, our certified team ensures prompt error resolution, continuous maintenance, and regular system upgrades.

Our team stays on top of new version releases, providing at least 6 version upgrades per year, ensuring your system is always up to date.
